We are currently working on large infrastructure projects across energy, water, renewables, defence, and transport sectors, alongside managing smaller local projects. Our team also supports the wider AECOM Nature team with national and international projects.
Here’s what you’ll do:
* Lead and support the preparation of high-quality, commercially astute bids and tenders for ecological services, especially in energy, defence, and water sectors.
* Oversee planning, scheduling, and organizing all phases of ecological project work, ensuring resources, budgets, and controls meet program and budget requirements.
* Lead and support delivery of ecological consultancy and advisory services to internal and external clients, including review processes.
* Support the development of robust and pragmatic solutions to complex ecological issues.
* Lead and support the production of ecology chapters for environmental statements and protected species license applications.
* Author or technically review project deliverables to ensure high quality outputs.
* Support the ongoing development of our technical capabilities and reach.
