Glenholme Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to lead our exceptional team at Wendreth Court in March, Cambridgeshire – a modern and well-equipped service, newly opened and commissioned in 2024, with a proud CQC "Good" rating.
As part of our dynamic and compassionate care team, you will play a key leadership role in delivering outstanding care and driving continuous improvement within the service.

About the Role:
As the Registered Nurse Manager, you will:
* Lead and support the care and nursing team to deliver person-centred care
* Oversee clinical governance and ensure compliance with CQC and Glenholme standards
* Foster a culture of safety, respect, and dignity for residents and staff alike
* Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders
* Promote professional development and mentorship within the team
* Manage staffing levels, rotas, and recruitment in line with service needs
* Take responsibility for budget management and cost control
* Drive and maintain high occupancy levels through effective relationship-building and local engagement
What We're Looking For:
* A current NMC PIN - RGN
* Proven leadership experience in a care or nursing setting
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance
* Strong financial acumen and understanding of occupancy strategies
* A warm, approachable, and resilient individual with a passion for high-quality care
