Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic, driven, and customer-focused individuals to join us as a Sales Development Representatives in our Kent branches. This role focuses on canvassing and prospecting for new business, ideal for someone passionate about sales. As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive new business opportunities, increase market share, and represent our Estate Agency business locally.

As a Sales Development Representative at haart Estate Agents in Kent, you will receive:
* £25,000 basic salary with an OTE of up to £37,000

* Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm on weekdays, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.

Your training will start with:
* One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
* Industry-leading training with expert-led sessions
* Accommodation provided for training in Colchester
* A second week of training within the first 5-6 weeks of employment

* Managing valuation activities and opportunities using ROSIE software
* Executing targeted call campaigns and door-to-door canvassing
* Participating in daily meetings with your manager
* Building your personal brand via social media and videos
* Responding to inbound inquiries and generating leads

Minimum requirements:
* Full UK driving license and own vehicle
* Ability to work independently and in a team
