- Interim Estates and Facilities Manager

- 3 - 4 months (in the first instance)
- £250 per day (premium PAYE day rate)

You will ensure that processes run on time and that the estate and facilities operate at the highest standards. Building key relationships with stakeholders, your team, and most importantly, the service users, will be essential.
They are not looking for someone to change or revolutionise the current operations but rather a safe pair of hands to keep everything running smoothly while they recruit a permanent replacement.
This is a great role within a great organisation, conveniently located within walking distance to the seaside.
They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, so availability is key. You should have a solid FM background, good knowledge of soft services, outstanding communication skills, and a personable approach. Please note that the role includes an on-call rota and may involve some weekend work.
