As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor to our clients' customers, building enduring relationships that pave the way for mutual growth. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our clients' customers voices are heard and their success is paramount, positioning you as the go-to contact for all their needs.
What is expected of the Customer Success Manager?
1. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
2. Maintain strong client relationships
3. Develop a comprehensive and deep technical knowledge of our clients products
4. Act as the point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
5. Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation
6. Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates, and growth opportunities
7. Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
8. Advocate for customer needs/issues across departments
9. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs
