We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Regional Markets to join our corporate team based in London. This role will also require frequent travel to Birmingham and Manchester.
As a Senior Marketing Manager – Regional Markets, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the marketing plan for regional markets, including campaigns, digital and PR.
Engaging with channel owners and ensuring that all activity is aligned with the central marketing strategy.
You will work closely with the regional SMTs, managing and influencing these stakeholder relationships and be the key point of contact, acting as a subject matter expert. Leading the local delivery of site-specific service marketing, events, social media activity, and other activities to include content creation, case studies, and videos. You will also be collaborating with the digital team and central studio.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to engage with consultants, GPs, and other referrers key to the regional revenue targets. Planning marketing activity against regional marketing budget and monitoring effective spend.
Alongside this, you will support key service line initiatives for both the regions and the wider HCA UK network in line with commercial goals. In this role, you need to be an effective leader able to lead, coach, and mentor a Marketing Manager.

What you’ll bring:
* Significant career experience as a B2B / B2C Marketing Manager / Senior, ideally within a healthcare / hospital environment.
* A Degree in marketing / communications or equivalent experience.
* Exceptional Stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, clinicians, and GPs. Able to work effectively within a matrixed organisation.
* An inspiring and motivational leader who is able to coach and develop others.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to rise to the challenge of conflicting priorities and deadlines.
* Able to identify and excel in the delivery of customer needs.
