The position we are currently recruiting for will commence after the February half term until Easter, working 5 days a week. We are looking for an English teacher who can teach to KS3 & KS4 level and can maintain an environment where students will thrive in their personal and academic development. The successful candidate will have the drive to be part of a forward-thinking department focused on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences for students.

As an English teacher, the school will expect the following:
1. Teach English to KS3 & KS4 level.
2. Have a detailed knowledge of the curriculum.
3. Have high standards of communication and the ability to work as a team.
4. Assess, mark, and plan lessons.
5. Assess achievements of pupils.
To be considered for this position, you will need to have the following:
1. UK QTS
2. Relevant teaching experience across KS3 and KS4.
3. An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply for one).
4. Excellent communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team.
