We are currently recruiting for a part-time Teaching Assistant in a large primary school in Sleaford. The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated individual who is keen to inspire and support children from all backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and previous experience working with SEND children. Key Responsibilities Work alongside class Teachers to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences Support in assessing and documenting children’s progress, fostering a learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of their ability Show initiative and be proactive in creating a stimulating classroom setting and creating learning resources to enhance children’s learning Be passionate about making learning fun and child-centred education Work as part of a team to provide tailored support to children on a 1:1 or group basis Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
