Job summary Booking and Scheduling Assistant Coordinator Band 3 30 hours per week - Monday - Friday Fixed Term - 12 months Responsible for working alongside a team of Booking Coordinators and assisting in providing a high-quality and efficient service for all Elective patients who require a procedure at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.Communicating effectively and sympathetically with patients verbally and in writing using tact, diplomacy and discretion.
