Requirements:
* Need to have sales experience with multi-based solutions; Not a point product
* Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally in a solutions-based or consultative selling environment. A strong desire to pursue new leads and close deals.
* Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders. Transparent, direct, and collaborative, with a no-politics approach.
* Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data (small data sets, basic formulas), and converting that data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
* Resilience & Adaptability: The ideal candidate thrives in environments where not all tools are set up, where processes are still evolving, and where they can handle ambiguity with a positive attitude and determination.
