What Youll Do:
As Senior Director Additives Technology, youll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving technology delivery, new product commercialization, technical support, and execution of strategic initiatives.
As a leader of
a team of managers overseeing specific technology areas and testing laboratories, technical talent development will be an important part of your role. Youll report to the VP Additives Technology and collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact our business results by supporting the region's growth plans and strategic initiatives.
What Were Looking For:

Lead technology delivery teams via stage gate process aligned with business priorities and justifications.

Lead technical product support and service teams for our customers and original equipment manufacturer stakeholders including new product commercialization.
:
Provide financial stewardship including forecasts, budgeting, business justifications for expenditures, and resource planning.

Facilitate program prioritizations with regional business leaders.
:
Foster a safety culture and ensure application of highest health and safety standards.
:
Lead execution of strategic initiatives including localization, data platform enhancements, product stewardship.
:
Participate in technical career development initiatives.
:
Lead, manage and develop the team, fostering effective communication, teamwork, engagement, and strategic alignment while instilling a culture of urgency and accountability for new product delivery.

Set and deliver productivity improvement goals. Constantly assess non:value adding activities and shuffle resources to align with the strategy.

Establish strong relationships with industry experts and customers, proactively supporting the commercial team in identifying new opportunities and expanding our value proposition and market influence.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or Engineering related discipline. MBA or PhD are considered a plus.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in fuels, industrial lubricants and/or additives, specialty chemical, petrochemical industries, equipment manufacturers or adjacent industries.
