Starting in January 2025, you'll be an experienced HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments, we've got a pivotal role for you. As HR Business Partner for HSS ProService, you will be at the heart of strategic transformation, partnering with senior leaders to shape and implement forward-thinking people strategies. You'll work across key areas such as organisational design, talent development and reward, whilst leading a HR Advisor, and directly influencing the company's future.

* Experience in handling complex employee relations issues and leading on organisation change.
* A passion for developing talent, fostering inclusivity and driving performance-based cultures.
* Proven experience managing TUPE & complex restructures and redundancies.
