Spencer Clarke Group is currently recruiting for a full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA3) for an outstanding primary school located in Ormskirk.

Responsibilities:
· Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
· Provide one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties or additional needs
· Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement educational plans
· Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies
· Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development
· Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
· Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources
· Supervise students during break times and off-site activities as required
Requirements:
· Minimum Level Three qualification in Teaching Assistance or equivalent
· Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is highly essential
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues
· Patient, adaptable, and compassionate nature
· Knowledge of current educational practices and strategies
· Familiarity with relevant educational software and resources
