Helpdesk Administrator - Kilmarnock
* This role is full time - 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
* Start date - w/c 6th January
The role of Helpdesk Administrator:
* Deal with customer queries regarding all breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and small works.
* Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time.
* Send/raise engineers remedial quotations.
* Raise calls for repair & maintenance, allocating jobs to engineers.
* Communicate with customers, field engineers, and field sales giving clear and concise information regarding the status of the enquiry or particular job.
* Respond to customer queries.
* Deal with daily telephone tasks.
* Update Internal systems.
* Use a range of office software including Excel, Word, and various CRM databases.
* Manage engineers' diaries on a daily basis with geographical background.
The ideal Helpdesk Administrator:
* Previous experience of working within a similar role
* Customer service and call handling
* Proficient in all Microsoft office packages including Excel
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
