You will provide an efficient administration service for the GPs and Health Care professionals. Key Duties include: Answer inbound telephone calls assisting with general queries Arrange clinic scheduling, appointment booking, and appointment cancellations Administer / send patient letters, questionnaires, reports and information Manage the email inbox and manage general non-clinical enquiries Administer patient referrals Attend weekly team meeting to record minutes Personal requirements: Previous experience in a busy a GP surgery or medical environment is essential Able to work under pressure as an individual and a team member Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and Word Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1800 Salary: £11.44 an hour To be considered apply now or call Amour Recruitment for more information.
