Chat Automation is a budding SaaS start-up that sells a unique AI tool into the recruitment industry. Providing Digital Worker Bots and Conversational AI to staffing agencies, their tools help agencies save money, improve process efficiency and drive more revenue without sacrificing a personalised approach.
After establishing a strong product-market fit (the team have hit 150% target in the past two months), receiving investment (including from their own customers off the back of using the software) and hiring an impressive senior sales team, they're looking to hire two AEs into their Chelmsford office.

The Role
* Managing the full sales-cycle from prospecting to close
* Selling into the recruitment sector, predominantly mid-sized & larger recruitment businesses
* Speaking with C-Suite level personas
* Meeting monthly and quarterly targets
* Working closely with the Sales Director and Senior AEs
Who You Are
* A 360 recruiter that wants to move into tech sales OR a salesperson with closing experience within SaaS or consultancy
* Ideally experience selling into the recruitment sector or a background in recruitment (desired but not a must-have)
* Hungry and energetic, with a willingness to work for a growing start-up
* Motivated and driven
* You don't take yourself too seriously, but take what you do very seriously
