This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and efficient Office Manager to join our Bristol based team, on a 12 month fixed term contract, to provide support to the Office Head and to oversee the smooth operation and day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate will coordinate administrative and secretarial support for all teams, ensuring a high level of efficiency and customer service to clients and staff. This role involves monitoring regulatory and compliance developments, managing health and safety training, and representing the office in various forums.
The post holder will join a friendly team working across a range of levels and support functions. Our Bristol office has over 50 professionals across our main divisions which means there are lots of exciting events going on with various office socials, health & wellbeing and fundraising activities to get involved in.

MAIN TASKS:
* Oversee the smooth operation and day to day running of the office, including coordination of the provision of administration and secretarial support to all the teams.
* Provide full administrative support to the Commercial and Industrial teams, including invoicing, dealing with property enquiries, drafting and listing property particulars, fee forecasting, AML checks and providing well-presented and accurate reports and client correspondence.
* Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all clients and CJ staff who visit or contact the office.
* Monitor and advise on all regulatory and compliance developments relevant to and impacting on the office.
* Co-ordinate administration of petty cash.
* Co-ordinate administration of all office invoices.
* Responsible for the operation of reception.
* Maintain the condition of the office to include enforcement of a clean desk policy, arranging for repairs as necessary and manage cleaning and contract staff.
* General office duties such as filing, photocopying, printing etc.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working within a similar role. You will have a professional manner and excellent customer service skills at all times, be a strong administrator and have good organisational skills. The chosen Office Manager will have the ability to take the initiative in a confident and personable manner, be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills. You will be numerate with excellent written and verbal communication along with fine attention to detail.
