Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner – Rapid assessment Intensive Support Team

Rate : £36 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at Lancashire and South Cumbria. They are looking for a new member for Band 7 Mental Health Practitioner (RMN/SW).
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct mental health assessments of children and young people aged 0-18 years. You will perform enhanced risk assessments, care planning, and safety planning, as well as community and ward assessments. Providing intensive support for a two-week period and offering support and guidance to junior staff will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Mental Health at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
