Are you an experienced ASB practitioner with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy workload? We're looking for a dedicated Officer to join our Housing Landlord Services team!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on our ASB framework and action plan.
Develop and implement solutions with partners.
Act as the ASB expert, supporting the team.
Investigate tenancy breaches and collaborate with agencies.
Support tenants to prevent evictions and improve community safety.
Provide advice on ASB legislation and processes.
Liaise with colleagues and partner organisations for timely resolutions.
Ensure proactive investigation of cases, addressing root causes, and supporting victims and perpetrators.
