Bede's Trust is currently looking for a highly organised Administrator and Project Assistant to join our busy Estates Team. This role will be based at the Senior School in Upper Dicker.
Within this role, you will assist the Facilities and Maintenance Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the Facilities Helpdesk, assisting in logging reactive and proactive maintenance calls. You will be the initial point of contact for all departments across the Trust for the Estates Office, dealing with initial enquiries via phone, email, in person etc., liaising with the Facilities and Maintenance Manager and the Director of Estates regarding next steps.
As part of the role, you will work alongside our HR Team to undertake 6 monthly staff accommodation inspections, ensuring photographic reports are completed and available to review. The successful candidate will work closely with our Director of Estates to provide administrative support such as diary management, managing correspondence, researching as requested etc. You will also support the Director of Estates on long term strategic Estates Projects.
This is a Full Time, Permanent Position working 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 16:30.
Salary: £28,844.95 per annum
