We are delighted to be working with one of Oxford's leading companies who are hiring for a Business Support Officer who will be providing administrative and secretarial support and ensure a smooth running of the office to the Business Support Lead.
As a Business Support Officer, you will be working a 37 hour week on a 6 month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
1. Providing administration and support services to the Business Support Team.
2. Dealing with the sub-contractors' accounts, raising invoices and POs.
3. Reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience in Administration.
2. IT Literate.
3. Excellent organisation and communication skills.
