This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail management. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager overseeing all aspects of store operations Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishment Control stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shoplifting Own visual merchandising. Ensure the store tidiness and cleanliness are maintained at the highest level Manage the cashier point’s daily opening and closing procedures Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates Assist in recruitment, evaluation of potential candidates’ performance, and training new team members Perform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reporting Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Required Qualifications 2 years fulltime experience in store management level Fluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive with strong customer service skills to provide a memorable shopping experience Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising a team Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Proficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and reporting Effective time management and task prioritization abilities Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and inspire others Candidate with less experience could be considered as Store Supervisor Desirable but Not Essential Experience in the toy or collectibles industry Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems
