We’re recruiting a Software Solutions Account Manager to take the lead on ITSM: IT Service Management.

The ITSM Account Manager will take full ownership of driving revenue growth by securing new ITSM sales from both existing and prospective customers.
Core responsibilities include the following:
+ Identifying and securing new ITSM business opportunities.+
Achieving assigned sales targets and KPI’s.
+ Differentiating SolarWinds in the ITSM market by leveraging on personal expertise and applying proven sales technique/process under the guidance of sales leadership.
+ Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and ensuring a seamless transition to solution delivery, enabling customers to realise quick ROI and the full value of their investment.
+ Actively engage in all stages of the sales process, from initial contact to successful closure.
+ Proactively identify target accounts by leveraging market insights and industry intelligence.
+ Collaborate with sales teams to access target accounts and identify opportunities aligned with Prosperon and SolarWinds solutions.
+ Present Prosperon’s value proposition and solutions in a manner that resonates with customer needs while differentiating from competitors.
Hybrid working: 1 day in our Worthing office (Tuesday), 4 days working from home

Essential Experience
+ Demonstrated success in enterprise-level software application sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a vendor or reseller environment.+ Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Software and/or Professional Services sales. ITSM Sales experience is an advantage.
+ In-depth knowledge of the ITSM market and a clear understanding of customer needs and pain points.
+ Solution selling experience including delivering revenues from licence and services sales. A good technical and solution architecture understanding is desirable for the role.+ Proficient in articulating complex software concepts and product capabilities in a manner that aligns with customer business objectives.
+ Skilled negotiator with a strong commercial acumen and ability to handle contractual complexities.+ Exceptional customer engagement abilities, establishing credibility and trust throughout the sales cycle.
+ Highly organised, self-motivated, and success-driven, both personally and for the organisation, thriving under deadlines with minimal supervision.
+ Excellent communicator with advanced skills in active listening, rapport building, presenting, and producing written communications.+ Proven ability to develop compelling business cases and high-quality proposals that effectively persuade customers to invest.
+ Positive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering successful outcomes in every sales engagement.
