Established in 2018, our purpose-built care home offers outstanding Nursing, Residential, and Dementia Care for up to 68 residents. Contract Details
* Salary: £24 per hour (£49,920 per annum)
* Hours: 40-hour weekly contract (Fully Supernumerary)
* Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks (based on a full-time contract)
* Meals provided on shift
* Uniform provided

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Clinical Care: Oversee and deliver the highest quality of clinical care tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
* Enhance Resident Experience: Ensure residents and their families feel safe, supported, and well-cared for, from assessments through to daily living.
* Dynamic Role: Engage with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the local community, using your skills and compassion to make a real difference.
* Support & Training: Lead, mentor, and train your team to improve their skills and effectiveness.
* Leadership Flexibility: Confidently step in for the Home Manager when needed, demonstrating leadership and adaptability.
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Nurse: RGN or RMN qualification with strong clinical skills and expertise.
* Elderly Care Experience: Previous experience working with elderly residents is advantageous.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, inspiring and guiding staff.
* Supportive Approach: Capable of fostering a culture of continuous improvement through staff development and training.
* Adaptability: Ready to take on leadership responsibilities in the Home Manager's absence, demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
