Your new role
* As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administrative functions.
* Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
* You will also support various departments with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall productivity of the team.
* Dealing with queries via email and telephone.
* Maintaining records of appointments and liaising with customers where necessary.
* Organising and maintaining a centralised inbox.
* Completing any ad-hoc project work as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
* To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be interacting with colleagues and clients regularly.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with administrative software are also required.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, will help you excel in this position.
* Please note, previous experience within an Administration-based role is required.
