We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong drive and the proper attitude to serve our client base of airports across the UK & Ireland region, with a prominent focus on the Southern based UK Tier 1 airports.
The Business Development Manager is accountable for securing new business aligned with the company’s Airside 4.0 innovation programme. This role empowers the Western Europe team to reach order intake goals and drive strategic business development. The position requires establishing robust relationships with airports to promote and sell operational software and hardware solutions, achieving financial targets. A major focus will be on selling software solutions to Airside operations stakeholders. Networking with airports and experience in selling operational software is a major plus.

* Sales Objectives: Secure opportunities that align with the company's growth goals, delivering on annual order intake and gross margin targets.
* Consultative Selling: Build a substantial sales funnel using consultative methods, ensuring alignment with customers' operational and financial objectives.
* Communication: Maintain proactive communication with Business Line Product Managers to exchange customer and market insights.

Job Specifics:
* Your primary location will be based out of our Langley, Slough UK office with a balance of remote working.
* Overnight stays and travel will be required for client site meetings.
* Overseas travel is required for trade events and attendance at local offices.
