The Role
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of accounts, with a primary focus on nurturing relationships with both potential and existing clients to establish our client's company as a preferred supplier. Your responsibilities will include regular communication with customers via phone, email, and cross-department collaboration to ensure their needs are met. This position will involve a blend of maintaining strong relationships with key accounts while also seeking out opportunities for new business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver the sales target for your portfolio of accounts
2. To outbound call all of your customers with a clear goal to secure incremental sales
3. To identify new sites and users within the account base and to convert these into sales revenue
4. To understand the needs of your customers and secure the company as their preferred supplier
5. To network at all levels within the company to ensure that the necessary support is provided to your accounts
6. To maintain accurate, comprehensive and up to date account records for your customers
7. To work as a team to achieve targets
