This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service manager/quality manager with a passion for continuous service improvement to join a growingpany in Hull city centre. Previous experience of managing and developing a contact centre team would be beneficial.
Your new role
Supported by the wider leadership team, you will be taking a lead on driving performance and improvement of customer interactions and customer service delivered by the teams. Your new role will focus on 4 key areas: Quality Assurance, Customer Engagement, Performance Monitoring and Quality Management.
If you are passionate about supporting and developing your team, improving customer satisfaction, responding to customer feedback and implementing change, this would be a great role for you!
Previous experience of managing and developing a contact centre team would be beneficial, but experience of delivering and developing customer service in other settings would be considered.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrable experience in analysing and improving customer satisfaction. If this was in a contact centre, this would be beneficial.
Strong data analysis skills.
Excellentmunicator, both written and verbal.
Ability to inspire and implement change management.
Problem solver and solutions focused.
