The Youth Mentor role is part of the Achieve Programme, supporting young people to achieve their potential, funded by Anglo American and the Woodsmith Foundation.
You will be a school-based Youth Mentor working with a select cohort of young people.
You will undertake a significant amount of one-to-one work, during school time, and will also facilitate group sessions and activities in response to the needs and interests of the young people. Across the school holidays you will continue to engage with and support your cohort, signposting them to a range of opportunities and activities.
