Job Description: The Teaching Assistant role at our secondary school in the Salisbury area encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at supporting both students and teachers. You will actively engage in the learning process by collaborating closely with teaching staff to assist in planning and delivering lessons across various subjects. Your role will involve providing personalised support to students, including those with special educational needs, to ensure they receive the attention and guidance necessary for their academic progress. This will include both one-on-one sessions and small group activities, fostering an environment where every student feels supported and empowered to succeed.
