Receptionist / Admin - Bestway Preston We now have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join the team. The role will be based at our Preston branch: Walton Summit Road, Unit 70, Walton Summit Estate, Bamber Bridge, Preston, PR5 8AD Telephone: 01772 339771 Branch Information: https://www.bestwaywholesale.co.uk/depots/Batleys-Preston You will be the first point of contact on the phone or in person, and will be responsible for administration duties, advising customers on the latest promotions to boost sales and making announcements in the branch. You will also be responsible for contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments, advising on current promotions, and chasing up orders Skills required Providing excellent customer service at all times Receive inbound telephone calls from customers placing orders Liaising with the depot management team to ensure you have up to date knowledge on any promotions in order to advise customers accordingly Contacting key customers proactively to sell items on special offer or boost sales Loading orders onto the system Other general administration duties as required Strong administration skills and an eye for detail An enthusiastic, confident and adaptable approach to carrying out duties Be willing and able to assist with other depot tasks if needed A head for numbers and an eye for detail Great customer service skills Having a flexible approach to working hours In addition to your basic pay, we offer 30 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), company pension, free parking on site and supportive training and equipment to help do your role effectively.
