About the role:
An aeronautical engineering lecturer at City of Bristol College plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of aviation professionals. The lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality education in accordance with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) standards, ensuring students acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills. This role involves developing and delivering curriculum content, assessing student progress, and providing guidance on complex aeronautical concepts. The lecturer also contributes to the continuous improvement of course materials, staying abreast of industry advancements to equip students with the most relevant and up-to-date information. Additionally, the lecturer fosters an environment conducive to learning, inspiring students to excel in their studies and pursue successful careers in the aeronautical engineering field.
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excelling working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally.
