Strategic Operations Manager
About the Role
The Strategic Operations Manager will be a key partner to Operations leadership, providing both strategic insight and operational support across various initiatives. This role blends elements of a Chief of Staff with hands-on operational management, ensuring the successful execution of strategic goals while driving efficiency and growth.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in Management Consulting or Strategic Operations who wants to take ownership of a growing business and leave a lasting impact.
This position is a remote role, with some travel when required.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Management & Execution
1. Lead and manage critical strategic projects on behalf of the COO, including:
o ISO 27001 certification
o Role architecture & career pathway development
o Performance management framework creation and refinement
o AI-driven business optimisation
o Business development support
o Management reporting and business growth initiatives
Operational Oversight
1. Develop and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Talent Acquisition & Development
1. Work with HR and leadership to oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and career development frameworks for team members.
Stakeholder Engagement
1. Serve as a bridge between senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners to align priorities and drive results.
