An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Endoscopy Senior Support Worker to join the new CDC team. If you have band 2 NHS experience, good communication and organisational skills, are punctual and reliable, we welcome your application.
The post holder will assist with patient needs pre/peri/post endoscopy. They will work under the supervision of a registered nurse at all times, within the parameters of their competence, communicating and documenting appropriately to ensure relevant information is communicated to other members of the multi-disciplinary team in a professional and timely manner. The ability to work to a high standard at all times, influencing and role modelling patient-centred care is essential. The role will involve understanding the aspects of care they are involved in, following appropriate training, and keeping patients safe and protected.
