Job summary We're looking for a housekeeper to join our existing small and friendly housekeeping team at Marlborough House Adolescent Mental Health Unit (12 beds) in Swindon. We are looking for someone to cover cleaning and catering within the Inpatient Unit to ensure a welcoming, clean and safe environment for the young people their families and the wider team working on site. The housekeeping role is an essential part of the day to day running of the ward and ensuring young people and their families we work with experience a high quality inpatient service. You'll be part of a great team of 5 housekeepers, supported by our Site Services Team Leader. If we receive sufficient applications for this post it may close early. Main duties of the job We pride ourselves on providing a clean environment for the young people and this role involves carrying out the daily ward cleaning schedule as well as additional cleaning duties as required. This role also involves preparing fresh sandwiches on site for the young people's lunches and using the ward regen heater to prepare the evening meal. A full induction and training as well as ongoing in house supervision will be provided.
