Location: Office Base is London Broadcasting House - This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will balance office working with home working.

Job Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a centralised project team operating at the heart of all complex transformation projects across the whole of the News division. The focus of this role is to lead a specific programme workstream within the News International Operating Model (IOM) initiative.
Main Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to lead a significant body of work within the International Operating Model programme. Reporting to the Programme Manager, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic planning capabilities and a proven track record of successful project delivery. This role requires a proactive approach, and expertise in complex stakeholder management and communication. They will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, and utilising advanced project management tools and methodologies to achieve successful outcomes.
Are you the right candidate?
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager and leader of significant business change to help lead business activity as part of a centralised project team. You will have demonstrable experience of leading, managing and successfully delivering large and complex business projects within a matrix structure, able to adapt and manage to tight deadlines and will be comfortable working independently. Transformation experience is essential.
The successful candidate can demonstrate the BBC’s values in their approach, with a focus on a collaborative and inclusive approach to their work with teams and stakeholders across BBC News.
We are seeking candidates who have:
* A proven track record of project delivery in a transformation project
* Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
* Expertise in prioritising tasks and managing deadlines
* Experience of stakeholder management
* Ability to be flexible to adjust plans and strategies in response to changing circumstances
* Skill in conflict resolution
* Substantial experience on providing good practice advice to business change
