As a Sales Team Leader, you will add to the growth and management of accounts, through upselling products yourself, encouraging the team to work to your own methods for revenue increase. Monitor KPI’s and ensure the team is hitting and exceeding these targets through management, training, performance reviews and 1 to 1’s. Provide the Sales Manager with insights and reports on current account base, expenditure and KPI’s. Take control of the full sales function, ensuring that efficient ways of work are implemented. To motivate the team to all work towards targets.
To be successful in the role of Sales Team Leader, you will have experience within the healthcare, NHS or medical devices industry. Be a sales professional with proven experience of hitting and exceeding targets. Have account management and business development experience Ideally you will have managed a team in the past. Be personable, determined and understanding, in the capacity of, a team being at various levels of their career. Confident and driven to progress within an organisation.
