We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
Responsibilities:
* Ultimate responsibility for day-to-day management of all Key Accounts including but not limited to tobacconist and specialist vape segments.
* Establishing, developing and maintaining professional business relationships with all stakeholders for Key Accounts.
* Inventory Management & Order Prompts for Accounts.
* Obtaining intelligence from all key accounts to assist team in forming effective sales out improvement strategies.
* To coordinate and regularly update all data on the relevant platforms and CRMs.
* Visits to Italy for meetings with Key Accounts and Expo’s representing the brand to the highest standards.
Personal Specification
Essential:
* High Attention to Detail.
* Prior work experience in Sales/Customer Service/Account Management/Project Management.
* Working to tight deadlines and ability to prioritise and handle multiple accounts/projects/tasks at any given time.
* IT Skills - Intermediate level MS Office Skills including Excel and experience of CRM systems.
* Passion for Selling & Customer Must Win approach.
* Demonstrating confidence verbally and in person.
* High Standard of Written & Spoken Italian Language.
* Ability to communicate effectively and concisely via verbal & written methods.
* Negotiation skills.
* Driven & Self-Motivated Individual with a hunger to grow and excel.
* Must be available to travel to Italy.
Desirable:
* Experience in the vape market
* Experience of growing B2B Accounts.
* Strong Presentation Skills.
