About the Role:
* Manage the community fundraising team to drive impactful initiatives and forge long-lasting relationships with local businesses and supporters.
* Oversee community fundraising initiatives and contribute to the development of the Fundraising Plan.
* Lead and mentor the Community Fundraising team to achieve their goals.
* Create fresh ideas to grow the donor base and increase unassigned funds.
* Plan and manage fundraising events to ensure targets are met and budgets are adhered to.
* Build and maintain strong connections with existing and prospective supporters.
