Responsibilities Included - Actively support the selection, evaluation, acquisition, and management of office space in compliance with company policy. - Develop and maintain a diary for forthcoming lease events, ensuring timely actions are planned. - Collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants to drive strategic initiatives. - Contribute to the development and management of the Real Estate Investment Plan. - Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and building regulations throughout all projects. Skills and Attributes - Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence others. - Strong attention to detail and exceptional data management skills. - Proven ability to balance short-term operational delivery with medium to long-term strategic planning. - Experience in business planning within a facilities and real estate context is advantageous. - RICS Qualified or a degree in Real Estate or Business Management is desirable.
