The Role:
Establishing, managing, and executing an effective Vendor / Supplier cost management Strategy to reduce costs and deliver the following.
* Creation and implementation of a Vendor Management Strategy to monitor, govern and drive vendor and partner performance
* Creation and implementation of cost reduction strategy
* Contractual management of third party suppliers
* Proactive management of contractual end dates and renegotiations
* Support of contract negotiations to deliver the best terms & services
* Collate and monitor data relating to vendor performance from across the business and work constructively with suppliers to improve performance and share best practice
