Then we want to hear from you As a Job Coach, you'll work closely with individuals aged 16 and above with learning disabilities, mental health and physical support needs. You will help them to discover their strengths, develop employability skills, and achieve sustainable employment, training, or further education. You'll also provide hands-on assistance with CV writing, interview preparation, travel training, and in-work support, making adjustments where needed to ensure every placement is successful.
