The Role:
As a Telesales executive, you will be pivotal in supporting our sales function. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our unique auction services. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking to kick-start your career, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to excel.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads.
* Qualifying leads and identifying opportunities for the Business Development team.
* Explaining our services and the value we provide to prospective clients.
* Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Achieving and exceeding targets to contribute to the company’s growth.
* Updating the CRM system with client information and sales activity.
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:
* A confident and articulate communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
* Someone self-motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for sales.
* Ability to handle rejection with resilience and determination.
* A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous telesales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
