Join us as the Business Manager to our Retail, Property & Tech Director and you’ll be a big part of this. What is this role? This is a unique and exciting role where you’ll work closely with the Retail, Property & Tech Director, helping to shape big decisions and drive important projects forward. You’ll be at the centre of action — from supporting leadership conversations to bringing plans to life — and play a hands-on role in making real change happen across the business. The purpose of this role is to s upport the Retail, Property and Tech Director in driving their strategic agenda, strategic direction setting, initiatives, key meetings, key stakeholder interaction, external communication, and engagement with the broader leadership team. What will you be doing? Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the Director and leadership team to oversee and support implementation of strategic business initiatives, communicate business strategies and OKRs, and turn high-level strategies into actionable plans. Operational Leadership & Business Management: Act as the Director’s right hand, ensuring decisions and commitments are followed through efficiently, leading and coordinating critical cross-functional projects, and supporting budget planning and resource allocation. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as a key liaison for leadership, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication between the Director and stakeholders, and managing communications, briefings, and meeting agendas. Team Collaboration & Efficiency: Identify and address operational inefficiencies to enhance team collaboration and facilitate Retail Leadership Team meetings and organise impactful leadership off-sites. Leadership Support: Prepare compelling board-level presentations and reports to support strategic decision-making, and foster a high-performing, inclusive leadership culture that drives team effectiveness.
