The Role
We’re seeking an Associate Account Manager to join the Americas Sales & Account Management Team. You’ll act as a key contact for several key accounts, leading and managing serviced office transactions. You’ll gain a full understanding of the client’s business, ensuring that flex solutions are delivered to an exceptional standard.

What will you be doing?
* Work as part of a team to ensure the successful introduction, implementation, and ongoing delivery of contracts or services, and the successful extension/renewal of existing contracts or services
* Manage day-to-day client issues and requests as part of the global account team, maintaining relationships and developing additional revenue streams
* Assist in managing critical date activity for client flex portfolios through technologies and trackers across a global portfolio to ensure timely transactions
* Research and recommend market conditions, operators, and financials
* Collaborate with the global team on key client pitches, evaluating flex market data with our insights team for presentations
* Manage operator communications to ensure all information is received and understood according to client specifications, including arranging tours
