Reporting directly to our Head of Technology, you will support our bespoke award-winning IT system Evolve, which is a fundamental role in our growth and success.
Responsibilities
As a Programme Manager, you will play a critical senior leadership role in the IT Infrastructure and software management team, ensuring that the IT infrastructure supports Solus' strategic goals and operational needs.
1. Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure and software programmes.
2. Lead the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met.
3. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
4. Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
5. Establish and maintain IT policies and procedures, including disaster recovery plans.
6. Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the company.
7. Live agile values, principles, and approaches. Be a role model.
8. Be innovative in exploring new technologies that can help develop skills and competencies in the business and for individuals.
9. Build a resilient, high-performing team by reducing dependencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and project management.
Strong understanding of IT systems, cloud computing, and network management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar are highly desirable.
