Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client's market presence in the UK. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and other channels. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance the sales strategy and product offerings. Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role. Strong knowledge of the construction industry or Industrial Manufacturing and related products, with a preference for experience in fasteners. Experience selling manufactured products Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. Ability to travel as required within the UK.
