About the Role: Tailored Learning: Design and deliver lessons adapted to meet the needs of students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities. Individualised Support: Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to promote academic and personal development. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to ensure the best outcomes. Inclusive Environment: Foster a safe and nurturing classroom that encourages engagement and confidence. Team Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN coordinators, and other professionals to deliver holistic support. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Previous experience working with SEN students in UK schools. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to teaching.
