Boutique Music Management Company Looking for a Full-Time Personal Assistant to the Directors.
Your New Role:
In this role, you’ll be proactive in supporting three Directors and providing general assistance across the company as needed. You’ll be a dedicated, reliable, and proactive PA, as well as a member of a busy team.
* Proactively manage the Directors' diaries, including booking meeting rooms and greeting internal and external clients where required.
* Promote and help organise regular extracurricular and social activities for the company.
* Liaise with Directors to contribute to the overall smooth running of the office, keeping the office tidy and organised, and ordering supplies as required.
* Ad hoc projects as required by the Directors.
* Create and distribute agendas and meeting minutes before and after meetings if required.
* Coordinate events/entertainment for the Directors and, in some cases, the wider team.
* Maintain a well-structured filing system using Google Drive for company documents.
* Attend and contribute to monthly Admin meetings, and action any items raised.
* Inbox/email management – proactively assess emails, take appropriate action, forward information as required, and file.
* Prioritise workload efficiently and effectively with constantly changing schedules.
* Arrange meetings via Google Calendar, including inviting external guests and liaising with other PAs.
* Travel arrangements - book travel, accommodation, restaurants, and coordinate itineraries.
* Provide personal home assistance & admin - travel, holidays, meetings, and appointments.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to proactively assist with others’ organisation.
* Intermediate IT skills, particularly with Word and Excel.
* Attendance 3 days in the Company’s offices in Shoreditch, London.
* Previous experience in Personal Assistance, specifically in the Music Industry.
* A confident, highly organised, proactive, and self-starter approach.
* Ability to self-manage and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines.
* Flexibility - must be able to deal with different levels of workload.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* A good team player.
* Ability to use own initiative & anticipate/forward plan line managers’ time.
