Job summary 10 Hammersmith Broadway is a modern sexual health service in a central West London location.The main aspect of the role is results management that includes the recall of patients with sexually transmitted infections requiring treatment, and/or partner notification. The role also encompasses clinical duties including direct patient care under supervision. This involves assisting the Multi professional team in the delivery of a high standard of care to patients attending for Sexual, reproductive and HIV health care. Other aspects include housekeeping and administration duties which involves overseeing the maintenance of a safe environment for both patients and staff. As an Assistant Practitioner you will have a role in the mentoring and leadership of more junior members of the team.We are looking for individuals who are motivated, enthusiastic and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work with a team in an innovative sexual health setting.In return you will join a team of friendly skilled experienced Health Advisors, Doctors, sexual health / HIV nurses, and admin staff responsible for delivering a high standard of care to patients.
